What We Do

The Office of Legislative Affairs and Program Planning (OLAPP) provides support to all FLRA components on all matters concerning Executive branch, Legislative branch and media related inquiries.  The office prepares the chairman and membership for internal and external agency briefings and delivers communications including the production of the agency newsletter and numerous government mandated reports.  Additionally, OLAPP supports the agency's strategic and financial development and serves as a legislative liaison.
