Mr. Hall received his undergraduate pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1975. He was awarded a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne, California in 1991. In 1995, he completed an American Society of Hospital Pharmacy (ASHP) – accredited general pharmacy practice residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Hall has had a wide variety of experience in pharmacy practice including chain and independent retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and management settings.

In 2003, Mr. Hall joined the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program as Chief, Pharmaceutical Management Branch. He is responsible for coordinating and planning the activities of seven experienced, dedicated and talented pharmacists and associated contract staff in the support of the CTEP mission.

A veteran of 22 years service as a Navy pharmacist, Mr. Hall has extensive experience in the leadership, management of medical treatment facilities as well as medical logistics, medical materiel management and personnel readiness.
