More than 100 individuals, groups & organizations were put in the spotlight yesterday evening honoring New Hampshire's true spirit of volunteerism!
Hosted by V...olunteer NH, the Spirit of NH Awards included recipients from Families in Transition VISTA Program, Catholic Charities NH VISTA Program, SNHS Volunteer Services RSVP, New Hampshire Senior Companion Program, The Friends Program RSVP/FGP and AmeriCorps Victim Assistance Program - AVAP!
Corporation for National and Community Service director of AmeriCorps, Bill Basl, opened the evening and made sure to thank those family members and friends who support the volunteers - a key group who make this all possible.
