Health Center COVID-19 Survey Operational Capacity
HRSA-supported health centers provide testing and care for those affected by COVID-19 and continue to provide quality primary health care services for the nation’s underserved. Since April 2020, Health Center Awardees and Look-Alikes have been responding to a weekly survey about the impact of COVID-19 on health center operations and patients.
