COVID-19 OPERATING STATUS

The NWRCFL will be taking measures to reduce staff exposure in the Lab, and will be staggering shifts for forensic examiners. As a result, we have put some temporary measures in place as follows:

  • We are limiting new submissions to participating agencies only at this time. We will consider outside submissions on a case by case basis.
  • Priority to cases will be 1) national security, 2) threat to life/bodily harm, 3) all other cases
  • Please call to make an appointment before coming to the NWRCFL, 503-248-3750 and note that the elevators require a badge, so we will have to come down to escort you to the 6th floor
  • We are striving to complete mission critical work, and will respond to any emergency. Please understand normal work may take longer than usual to complete.

Participating Agencies

Because of the willingness of our Participating Agencies to contribute personnel and resources to a united cause, the Northwest RCFL is a valuable asset available to area law enforcement personnel. While each of their missions may vary greatly, each of these agencies has provided some of their best and brightest people to work at the RCFL. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to the program.
