The Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA) delivers accurate and timely information about DCSA, its mission, goals, and activities to the public, the media, and Congress. The office promotes and enhances understanding of DCSA and its importance to national security issues and strategies. OCCA serves as a liaison to other DoD public affairs offices and develops informational materials to enhance public and customer awareness of DCSA products and services.
