No FEAR Act

Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), P.L. 107-174, requires each federal agency to post certain statistical information relating to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaint activity at the agency on their public web site.  Accordingly, the FLRA posts the following statistical data for the current fiscal year and, to the extent available, for each of the five preceding fiscal years.  The EEO Office updates the statistical data for the current fiscal year on this website quarterly.
