Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau counts all those living in the United States. This count relates to how many billions of federal dollars fund your community's public resources (e.g., roads, hospitals, schools). Accurate counts of families with young children are especially important to plan for the future. Beginning in 2020, the U.S. Census Bureau will accept responses online, as well as by mail or phone.
