The JAG Program is the primary provider of federal criminal justice funding to states and units of local government. BJA will award JAG Program funds to eligible units of local government as described in this solicitation.

BJA’s STOP School Violence Grant Program is designed to improve school security by providing students and teachers with the tools they need to recognize, respond quickly to, and help prevent acts of violence.

The purpose of this program is to support prosecutors’ offices to reduce caseloads, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of prosecutors’ processes and procedures, and provide modern technology to better manage and track cases.

Through this opportunity, BJA is seeking applications to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive programs in response to illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances of abuse.
