Organizing rights
The right to join with coworkers.
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) protects the rights of private-sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve their wages and working conditions. The NLRB also protects the rights of private-sector workers to choose not to participate in these activities.
Tell us about your concern, so you can learn about your rights and find out whom to contact if you need more information.
