How to add syracuse.com to your Flash Briefing on Amazon Alexa

Now you can enable Syracuse com on Amazon Alexa and Echo devices

Alexa just got much smarter: syracuse.com's Flash Briefing is now available on all Alexa-enabled devices.

The Amazon Echo Dot is an Alexa-enabled device.

Flash Briefings provide updates from news, weather, sports and entertainment sources of your choosing. They can be activated by saying "Alexa, play my Flash Briefing" or "Alexa, play the news."

Every weekday, Brent Axe and Katrina Tulloch will give a rundown of the top headlines you need to know from syracuse.com on Syracuse.com Reports.

Here's how to add Syracuse.com Reports to your Flash Briefing lineup:

  1. Open your Amazon Alexa app.
  2. In the drop-down menu, go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap the bar that says Flash Briefing.
  4. Tap get more Flash Briefing content at the top and search for syracuse.com.
  5. Scroll down until you see the tab for "Syracuse.com Reports."
  6. Tap the button that says Enable.
