"We turn no one away," said Army Brig. Gen. Ivan Denton, the director of manpower and personnel at the National Guard Bureau. "Our Family Assistance Centers and Airman & Family Readiness Program Managers do information or referral and it's for any Service member or military family who walks in the door."

"At several points in the planning process it was thought that mission was going to be a no-go," said Master Sgt. Michael Shirar, of the 173rd Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field. "But the no-fail attitudes of everyone involved brought all the moving parts together in standard Kingsley fashion."

- This was written by my 17 yr old grandson Tony Hutchinson to all the... Veteran's and their families! I just wanted to say a big thank you to all my veteran friends and family. This country wouldn't be where it was today without the lives given by the men and women of our Armed Forces. Thank you to the Army, the Navy, The Marine Corps, the Coast Guard, the Army National Guard,and the Air Force. From hurricanes to floods to major wars you all have been here to ensure our safety on the soil of the United States, and foreign soil. From the Revolutionary War to the War on Terrorism, all the soldiers that have fought and died or fought and survived. To the people who have visible scars and the people with the invisible scars. I will stand up to salute you any day and every day of the week. To the all of the veterans that I do not know and that I do know, Thank you for your service and I greatly appreciate all that you have sacrificed for this country. To the family of veterans, thank you as well for you have served for this country also; the constant worrying and stress of not knowing if a friend or a love one will return to you in the same way they did when they left, the support that you give them, all of these things are ways that you serve our country and our veterans. I love all of you so very much and I thank God that we have people brave enough to stand up for complete strangers. I will share this message to the people of the United States and the veterans, a verse from the Bible, in the book of John, in the 15th chapter, the 13th Verse. There is no greater love than a man whom would give his life for his friends. This verse is perfect for soldiers, for they are putting their lives on the line for us and the men and or women in the uniforms next to them. And we as Americans should follow that same principle, hate is being shared way more than love. Hate for certain races, ethnic groups, religion, sexuality, and now even the presidential candidates that we choose on our ballots. People are being killed, beaten, and even tortured for who they are, who they follow, and what they believe in. I've seen in the past few months villages being slaughtered, people being burned alive in front of family members, people being drowned, people being beheaded, and even mass murders of children. Share love people, we are living in a world fueled by massacre and destruction. A world full of famine and disease, a world in shambles. A world that millions of people have fought to protect, some have came home walking, some have came home in wheelchairs, some have came home in caskets, and some have never came home at all. Thank you to all of the soldiers for protecting our rights and our freedoms, for protecting people around the world, and for putting your life on the line in hopes of a brighter day.
