I need someone to take over my lease that will be starting August 18, 2017 and ending July 31, 2018. Yes, it’s a 12 month lease. It's at the Forum at Denton Station (student apartments, not on campus). You do not have to be a student to live here but the majority of the residents are students. There is a bus for UNT student’s right outside the complex and it's not too far from TWU. I leased one bedroom in a... 4x4. If you decided to take over my lease, you would only be leasing and responsible for that one bedroom too. At the moment 1 of the other bedrooms in the same apartment needs to be covered, so if you do have roommates that would like to move in with you there is availability in this same apartment.
$615 monthly
*I signed with the Forum before they went up on their rates. If you take over my lease, you would be paying the $615 rent. If you were to go sign with the Forum now for a 4x4, your rent would be $639 a month or higher*
