She gave an amazing performance at Oaktopia, including a more soothing & intimate version of “Clementine”, and she showed her love for Denton.
I c...aught up with her afterwards to ask her what she likes most about Denton.
“Oh, a slew of things! The people would obviously be the most important one. It changed my life, in all the better ways. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and there’s no community quite like Denton. It’s accessible without there being a pretentious air about it, even though there very well could be because there’s a ton of talent here. I miss it thoroughly. I’m considering moving back.”
