CloudLab - Remote Lab Access

CloudLab is now available! CloudLab is a platform that provides remote access to UNT's physical computer labs, virtual labs, and virtualized software over the Internet.

The University IT Help Desk is open beyond normal campus operating hours:

Walk-in Hours: 
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. 

Phone, email, ticket, or chat support:
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.
