Do you need to renew your drivers license or get your permit to drive?
Send an e-mail requesting a TEA/VOE form to Cynthia Hoffman at tamsacademics@unt.edu.
You may pick up your form after 10:00 a.m. the following business day in Sage Hall room 320. If you would like it to be mailed, it will go in the next day's mail. TEA/VOE forms cannot be faxed.
