Changes & Cancellations

Event Changes

Changes to event details must be made at least 7 days prior to the event start date. Requested changes to room set up the day of the event may not be honored. For safety reasons, only event operations and facilities staff is allowed to move furniture.

User Cancellations

Cancellations occurring 48 hours or more prior to the date of event will result in a full refund of all pre-paid fees.

Cancellations for external events occurring less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use will result in a refund of 50 percent of pre- paid fees. An additional set up fee will also be charged to all groups if cancellation was not given prior to any set up being completed.

Emergency Changes and or Cancellations

If you are at an event and you have an emergency or you need assistance for an after-hours or weekend event please contact UPD police at 972.780.3009.
