Morris joined the Mean Green staff as the recruiting operations coordinator in March of 2020 after spending the previous two seasons at Arkansas as a recruiting assistant.
Morris was responsible for planning and executing official visits during the 2018 and 2019 seasons for the Razorbacks. Additionally, Morris assisted the director of recruiting and director of on-campus recruiting during her time in Fayetteville.Â

Prior to that, Morris was also a recruiting assistant at SMU for the 2015 and 2016 seasons, assisting the director of recruiting with daily needs of the recruiting department.
