Shani Barrax Moore joined Diversity & Inclusion as its inaugural director in February 2016. She became a diversity and inclusion practitioner nearly 20 years ago after a career in public relations and marketing, and brings her extensive training, program management, and strategic partnership development experience to the Division’s new strategic direction.
