Non-Traditional NSO

Who are Non-Traditional Students?

The non-traditional student population is vast, diverse, and evolving. That is not any different at UNT Dallas. Typically, the "non-traditional" student group is made up of students identifying as any combination of: part-time, adult learners (25 or older), returning/re-entry, commuter, veteran, online/distance learners, individuals who work full-time, who have dependents other than a spouse or partner, or students who do not have a high school diploma or been out of high school for 5+ years.

At UNT Dallas we are developing orientation programming to meet the needs of this population. Please visit this page for updates and content as built.

In the meantime, please contact our office at orientation@untdallas.edu to discuss your NSO programming options.
