Chris McCoy

Chris McCoy is Chief Information Officer for the University of North Texas, the University of North Texas System, and leads IT Shared Services. As CIO, his responsibilities include implementing the system-wide consolidated information technology strategic plan, ensuring short- and long-term budgets are executed as intended, and providing governance. Chris sets priorities and decision-making structures that lead to an established, high-performing, customer-focused IT service organization.

Larry Mendez

Larry Mendez is the Chief Technology Officer for the IT Shared Services department at the University of North Texas System. Larry and his team are responsible for data and voice communications, web services and content management, web storage and backup, data centers and operations, directory services, end-user support, and asset management.

Charlotte's responsibilities include management of enterprise IT policy and strategic planning, risk assessment, information security management programs, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, vendor and contract management services, communications, marketing, and professional development services, software licensing, information services and resource support, accessibility programs, and State of Texas initiative analysis and reporting.

Bharath Prabhakaran

Bharath Prabhakaran

Bharath's responsibilities include directing development, support, and maintenance of UNT System shared software applications including PeopleSoft ERP, Learning Management System, ImageNow document imaging and management system, and two dozen other applications. The PeopleSoft applications include the Student Information System, human resources, payroll, financials, grants management, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), and the student and employee portals.

Stephanie McCane

Stephanie McCane

Stephanie McCane and her division, IT Business Services (ITBS), support the annual budget process preparation, development, monitoring, management, and reporting requirements of central enterprise computing services that support ITSS. This area provides employee service functions including payroll, timekeeping, employee review services, and ITSS employment services. Additionally, Stephanie and her division coordinate purchasing services for hardware, software, and services along with maintaining accurate data of all maintenance contracts. ITBS monitors vendor and interagency contracts, and reviews and approves purchases. ITBS also provides executive support, in the form of emails, schedules, and appointments for the associate vice chancellor and CIO.
