What should I do if I am locked out?
- Between the hours of 11:00am-7:00pm, contact the Front Desk (972) 338-1860
- After 7:00pm, contact the Summer Conference Assistant on duty at (972) 946-0743
Who should I contact in case of emergency?
In the event of a life threatening emergency, contact 911 immediately or contact Campus Police at (972) 780-3000
Where is the Conference Services Office located?
During the academic year, the Conference Services Office is located in Founders Hall Room 206 within the Housing and Residence Life Office
Is there Internet access available on campus?
Wireless internet is available through the ResNet network.
Is there a gym/recreational facility available for use?
There is a Fitness Center available for guests to use in the Residence Hall free of charge.
What type of public transportation is available?
UNT Dallas is conveniently located on the Blue line to the DART, Dallas Area Rapid Transit
What are the hours of the Jagger Cafe?
- Breakfast: 7:00am – 10:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am – 2:00pm
- Dinner: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
I lost my ACCESS card and/or key -- What should I do?
Please report any lost or damaged keys or ACCESS cards to the Conference Services staff immediately. Visit the desk to have a new key issued to you. A $10.00 replacement fee will be charged to your conference for any lost or damaged ACCESS cards. All replacement keys will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per key.
What should I do if I have a maintenance concern?
During the hours of 11:00am-7:00pm, please contact the Wisdom Hall Front Desk. If after 7:00pm, please contact the Conference Assistant on duty.
I need to check-out -- what do I do?
Please check with your onsite conference coordinator to confirm check-out times/location (you may also call our office to find out your scheduled time). If a formal check-out has not been arranged, please drop your room key in the box located at the front of your residence hall.
What do I do if I need extra toilet paper or toiletries for my room?
If you need any additional items for your room, please contact the Conference Services Desk at (972) 338-1860 between the hours of 11:00am – 7:00pm
What if I left something behind?
Please contact our office at (972) 338-1776. Leave us your name, the conference you attended, the building and room number in which you stayed, as well as a contact number where you can be reached. If we are able to retrieve the item that was lost, we will call you back to set up delivery or pick-up. Please note you will be required to pay shipping fees on any item that must be mailed back.
