U.S. Chamber Litigation Center Highlights for SCOTUS 2013 Term

During the Term ending June 30, the U.S. Supreme Court has invalidated NLRB recess appointments in National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning. The U.S. Chamber Litigation center represented Noel Canning, a member of the Chamber, in the Supreme Court, and served as co-counsel to Noel Canning alongside the law firm Jones Day. Earlier in the Term, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision in favor of the U.S. Chamber's challenge to the EPA's greenhouse gas regulations in Utility Air Regulatory Group, Chamber of Commerce, et al. v. EPA
