My fellow... filmmakers and I are trying to raise $750 to cover our expenses to continue filming our documentary about the We Are Seneca Lake movement. When SCA launched the NYC Sandy Recovery Program back in May 2013, Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell kicked off the effort by shoveling sand side-by-side with SCA Founder Liz Titus Putnam at Jacob Riis Park.
Stay tuned tomorrow at @sca_nyc as SCA #ConSERVEnyc volunteers return to Jacob Riis Park a year and a half later to continue restoration of this important urban waterfront space!
