You could earn $12,000 just for shipping to training within 30 days of enlistment. Ship between 31 and 60 days and earn $5,000. This bonus can be combined with other enlistment bonuses.
Army Reserve enlistment bonuses
SERVE PART-TIME AND EARN $20,000
Qualified Army Reserve recruits may be eligible for up to $20,000 in bonuses. This bonus can be combined with other enlistment bonuses.
Prior service enlistment bonuses
COME BACK AND EARN $20,000
Qualified prior service members at E4 and below may be eligible for up to $20,000 in bonuses. To qualify, you’ll need to enlist into a critical-skill Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).

Earn up to $10,000 to enlist as an Airborne Soldier
Soldiers who agree to enlist in the Army and join U.S. Army Airborne School are eligible for up to $10,000 in bonuses.
Unit Supply Specialist bonus
Enlist as a Unit Supply Specialist (92Y) and you may qualify for a $10,000 bonus.
ARMY RESERVE OFFICER CANDIDATE SCHOOL BONUS
Officer candidates may qualify for a bonus of up to $20,000 upon successful completion of OCS training and commissioning.
RANGER BONUS
Qualified Soldiers may receive a bonus of up to $20,000 after completing the Ranger Indoctrination program and reporting to their first permanent duty station.
35M HUMAN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTOR BONUS
Individuals who speak certain foreign languages may receive an enlistment bonus of up to $40,000.
NON-PRIOR-SERVICE ENLISTMENTS BONUS
Qualified applicants who enlist into a primary or mobilized vacancy in the Army Reserve may be eligible for a bonus of up to $20,000.
35P CRYPTOLOGIC LINGUIST BONUS
Qualified individuals who speak certain foreign languages may receive an enlistment bonus of up to $40,000.

Health care professionals who serve as officers in the U.S. Army Medical Department enjoy a wide range of opportunities and financial incentives including bonuses of up to $75,000.
LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM
The Army will repay up to $65,000 of your current outstanding student loan debt. Requirements for this program may vary.
