Once complete, this will be merged with other data being collected and added to GitHubGitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/.

Join us and discover how to best contribute your talents, get to know the tools we use, and adopt good practices for working remotely and asynchronously.
At present, this is going to be a four-part series that will take place on a biweekly schedule. The first session will take place on Tuesday 19 January 2021, at 11:00 am UTC.
These introduction sessions are aimed to help both newcomers and those who would like to get a refresher to get on board with the team and the tasks that are underway. The Global WordPress Marketing team continuously makes an effort to market WordPress and its community to the outer world. Also, we’re an inclusive team, working hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
