University faculty members may experience stress on many levels – meeting work expectations, finding time for research and scholarship, the cost of living, salary, morale, difficulties with colleagues, etc. While one's professional life matters, here at UNT we hope our faculty will find balance in all aspects of life, thus becoming not only happier faculty members but also more productive ones as well! This workshop involves a panel of experts who address topics including proper diet and nutrition, the importance of healthy living and fitness, and the resources available to faculty through our Employee Assistance Program.
