Art Building Hours
Important Notice
March 19, 2020 — In response to present health alerts, we are moving to protect the health and safety of our students, staff, and faculty as best we are able. To that end, effective March 19, 2020, the CVAD Building will be open only Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All classrooms in the building are now locked, and there will be no access until further notice.
Lab hours for the CVAD Student Computer Lab, Digital Fabrication Lab, Textiles Fabrication Lab, and Photo Documentation Lab are available at by visiting the CVAD IT Services web page for Labs. Hours listed there will apply until further notice.
The CVAD Woodshop, Art Building, Room 490, will be open starting March 23 from 1–4 p.m., Monday through Thursday until further notice.
Effective March 19, all student — graduate and undergraduate — swipe access to the Art Building has been rescinded until further notice. CVAD graduate students will continue to have access to their own graduate studio spaces.
All swipe access to the Fashion Design classrooms, Art Building rooms 243, 250 and 254, has been rescinded until further notice.
CVAD full-time faculty and staff will continue to have the swipe access to the building, mailroom and print room.
