Bio:
Abby Sherrill received her MFA in Fibers from the University of North Texas. Through two- and three-dimensional approaches to mark making, her work references the psychological and philosophical relationships between learning, memory and reality. She received a Nasher Sculpture Center Artist Microgrant in 2015 to fund the establishment of Brick Haus Collective, a Denton-based artist organization and incubator space, where she continues to serve as Co-Director.
