Departmental First Aid Supplies

The Student Health and Wellness Center offers first aid supplies for sale as well as bio-hazard waste disposal.  The items listed below are available for purchase by all UNT departments using an IDT.  To place an order, please submit an original, signed IDT to the Student Health and Wellness Center (Chestnut Hall, Suite 302). 

Orders will be prepared as soon as possible.  You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.  We will contact you if any delays are expected.  Orders can be picked up at Chestnut Hall, suite 302.  The Student Health and Wellness Center does not deliver.

•  5 – 1” x 3” fabric adhesive bandages
•  5 – fingertip bandages
•  5 – knuckle bandages
•  5 – extra-large fabric adhesive bandages
•  1 – 1 oz. eye wash
•  2 – eye pads
•  1 – 5” x 9” large wound pad
•  4 – 3” x 3” gauze pads
•  1 – 4” gauze bandage
•  1 – ½” x 10 yards adhesive tape
•  5 – pain relief packets, 2/packet
•  6 – first aid/burn cream packets

Instructions for Biohazard Waste Disposal:

Please bring all bio-hazard waste, along with an original, signed IDT with biohazard waste disposal priced at $30.00 to Chestnut Hall, suite 145 (located on the east side of Chestnut Hall near the loading dock/ambulance entrance).  Please bag waste properly and do not include any sharps (needles).  If the waste is improperly bagged it will not be accepted.

Use spill management guidelines if you come into contact with any blood or bodily fluids and always wear gloves when in contact with these substances.
