University Day, first held May 10, 1961, marks the day that North Texas State College became North Texas State University. This year, we'll be doing virtual activities, so celebrate University Day wherever you are by testing your knowledge of UNT with trivia, figuring out which UNT character you are, and dancing with Scrappy! Follow @untactivities on Instagram to join in the fun!

Students will have 3 ways to win a Jackbox Party Pack - a pack of virtual games you can play with your friends while social distancing!

1. Share your character quiz results on Instagram and tag @untactivities with #UNTUDay20

2. Share your Tik Tok video doing Scrappy's Dance Challenge on Instagram and tag @untactivities with #UNTUDay20

3. Play trivia using your EUID

We will randomly select 2 winners from each activity and email or direct message you with further instructions (you must be a UNT Student to be eligible to win). Please contact Student Activities at 940-565-3807 at least 7 days prior to request special accommodations.

Students attending UNT can benefit greatly from experiencing all of the local entities that make Denton unique and special. To encourage locally owned and operated Denton businesses to join us for University Day, we are offering a special discount pricing of $150! This is a $100 discount, and is available for entities that are local to Denton, with limited locations elsewhere; entities that are independently and locally owned/operated; and entities that are not franchises. Table at the Event

Registered student organizations and UNT campus departments will have the opportunity to table at University Day free of charge. Spacing is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

Volunteer at the Event

Need some service hours? We always need volunteers to make our events run smoothly. Whether you help for an hour or the entire event, we truly appreciate your assistance and dedication to running a successful event!

At University Day, UNT International Affairs hosts its annual Flag Parade showcasing the different countries and cultures present in the UNT Community.
