UNT at Frisco offers many transfer-friendly degrees. In order to be admitted to UNT at Frisco, you must first be admitted to the University of North Texas.

Apply to UNT

Apply online at ApplyTexas using the application information specific to your program (Step 3). Check your application status on my.unt.edu.

Individual review is an option for any transfer student who does not meet the entrance requirements. Your file will be reviewed by an admissions office and they will work with you on options for possible admission.

New award opportunities for new transfers

Our Transfer Incentive Program provides awards for new transfers to UNT at Frisco who take a minimum of six credit hours per term at UNT at Frisco (Hall Park or Inspire Park) or the Collin Higher Education Center (CHEC). Award amounts range from $500-$1,250 per term, increasing with the number of semester credit hours taken.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

UNT annually awards more than $390 million in financial aid including more than $50 million in scholarships. About 75% of students receive financial aid and scholarships.

Application Fee Waivers ($75) are available to all attendees.
