The Spring 2020 Syndicate series begins on Tuesday January 21, 2020.

Large ensembles and small groups from the Division of Jazz Studies in the UNT College of Music will play in the Syndicate in the University Union on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 9 p.m. to midnight and during the noon hour on Thursdays and Fridays.

Admission to the Syndicate is free and open to the public. Parking without a UNT permit is allowed for those attending UNT College of Music events after 5pm in Lot 26, the lot between the Music Practice Buildings and Bain Hall. Paid parking is available to the public at the Union Circle Garage and the Highland Street garage. Union Circle garage, the garage closest to the Union, and the surface lot adjacent to it require either the ParkMobile app (Apple app | Android app) or the SmartMeter payment. Using the ParkMobile app, drivers state how long they will be parked and are charged at that time. When the time limit is reached, the app will prompt the driver to extend the time if desired, at an additional charge. To use the SmartMeter, the driver pays for a set amount of parking time with a credit card, prints out a receipt, and puts it on the dash. The garage is open all night. The Highland street garage is staffed from 7:30 am to midnight, M-F. After midnight, users can exit after paying with a credit card. The rate is $2/hour.
