As Chief Information Officer for the University of North Texas and the University of North Texas System, Chris leads the IT Shared Services department. Chris's responsibilities as CIO include implementation of the system-wide consolidated information technology strategic plan, ensuring that short-term and long-term budgets are executed as planned, providing governance, setting priorities and decision making structures in place that lead to establishing a high performing, customer focused IT service organization.
