Drop-in and join the Student Health and Wellness Center every Monday during May and June to practice meditation and mindfulness. 

Eligible participants will be entered into a drawing to win a free massage from a licensed massage therapist at the Meadows Center for Health Resources during the Fall 2020 semester. *Participants eligible for the drawing include enrolled students during Fall 2020 and faculty/staff members.  

Participants in Meditation Mondays will have the opportunity to: 

  • Learn meditation techniques to reduce stress, calm the mind, and increase focus and self-compassion.
  • Practice breathing exercises, self-affirmations, gratitude, and grounding.
  • Build connections with others in the UNT community.
  • Learn about UNT virtual resources and support services. 

The UNT community has three opportunities each Monday (May 11- June 29) to participate:
