Academic Calendar

Faculty teaching courses at the CHEC should follow the UNT Academic Calendar for all holidays and other important dates and deadlines. Please note that on Collin College holidays, the CHEC will be open if UNT is holding classes on those dates, but the Student Services Center will be closed.  

Entering Grades & Audit Rolls

UNT faculty members enter final student grades and complete audit rolls through the MyUNT portal. After logging into the system, select the “Faculty” tab near the top of the page. Then click on “Access your Faculty Center.” A list of your courses will appear along with a key for various actions (e.g., class roster, grade roster, audit rolls).

Please note that faculty will be notified of deadlines for posting grades and completing audit rolls via email.

Student Evaluation of Teaching

UNT students evaluate their instructors at the end of each semester through online course evaluations. Students access through their MyUNT portal. Faculty should strongly encourage students to complete the IASystem evaluation and will be notified of the evaluation deadlines each semester by email. Faculty may review their course evaluation results through the MyUNT portal. More information on this evaluation as well as instructions for accessing the system for both faculty and students are available on the SPOT website.
