Effective Public-Private Partnerships

Public-private partnerships for food and nutrition research are vital for ensuring food safety, sustainability, and optimal human health. An article outlining 12 guiding principles for creating and operating effective public-private partnerships in nutrition has published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Building upon an earlier work of the authors published in Nutrition Reviews, the article provides a clear road map for organizations wishing to engage with others to improve nutrition-related research and to harmonize food systems and human health. To facilitate the broadest possible dissemination, full-text versions of both the current and foundational articles are available for free.
