Jing Sun is in his second year as a PHD student at UNT. His research interests are in financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital market. He expects to complete his PHD degree in 2022.
Jing received a Bachelor's degree in auditing from Nanjing Auditing University in China and a MS degree in accounting from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Jing has about 10 years of work experience in accounting and finance. Prior to sailing to academia, he worked as a senior financial consultant helping corporate clients in IP trading, financial management improving, and financing. Jing likes reading, watching movies and cooking. He also enjoys the time traveling with his wife.
