Visual Arts & Design

Jim Burton lives and works in Denton, TX. He earned his B.F.A in Art from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, and his M.F.A. in Drawing and Painting at the University of North Texas. He exhibits work nationally and internationally.  Jim is a former board member of 500X Gallery and serves as the faculty advisor to the Painting and Drawing Association, a student organization in the College of Visual Arts and Design.
