Hello everyone!! I am looking for a female to take over my lease from University Courtyard on S. Bon...nie Brae St. starting in late August or Early September for the rest of the year. The apartment is a 4x4 that is completely furnished with trash services and is walking distance from UNT. It is on the bus route for UNT. It's the second floor in building 7 with a washer and dryer included. Rent is about 640$ with utilities. All female roommates that are all friendly and keep to themselves. Very clean apartment with no bug problem. The office staff is friendly and hands-on about everything. Maintenance handles everything in a very timely manner. 24 hr clubhouse. Been here for a whole year now, and haven't had any problems at all. Just wanting to get my own apartment with no roommates all by myself, which is why I'm trying to sublease this apartment. The application to live on campus for students that are new to UNT for the Spring 2019 semester is now available through eHousing!
When completing the application process for Spring 2019, students will have an opportunity to select their TOP 5 room type preferences, select a meal plan preference and complete the application by making the Housing Application payment.
Students that already have a Fall 2018 Housing assignment do not need to apply for spring housing.
