About this Event

Learn the ins and outs of editing video and sound to enhance you home documentary skills! Attendees will observe a short film (1-3 min) with special effects and walk through how it was made, from the filming perspective and sound recording to video editing and special effects.

Participants will work with the maker-tech step by step and as they create a short film using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere with footage and audio that will be provided (source footage and stock footage). They will walk away with a knowledge and a short clip that they can include in their portfolio reel.
