Black Alumni Network

The University of North Texas Black Alumni Network (UNTBAN) is the first culturally-based affinity chapter of UNT Alumni Association.

The purpose of the Black Alumni Network is to promote and facilitate the engagement of Black alumni, students and friends of UNT with the UNT-BAN, the UNTAA and the University of North Texas, all persons who have matriculated through the University of North Texas or its predecessor colleges are alumni. Friends of UNT include individuals who have served as members of the faculty or staff of UNT, individuals who have served as members of affiliated boards, and any individual with an interest in the well-being of the university.
