Room Facilities: DAL1 212 is located in Building 1 of UNT Dallas, and has a seating capacity of 30. The room features a Cisco C60 codec with 1080p precision high definition cameras to deliver vibrant images to the remote sites. Audio is transmitted by ceiling mounted AudioScience microphones installed throughout the room. 

A Cisco C60 codec and two precision high definition cameras begin the videoconference experience in this room. Bright NEC PA622U projectors deliver vivid images on motorized 72” screens at the front and rear of the room. A Crestron AV2 control system with touch panel handles all audio and video switching.

Presentation equipment includes a Dell 7010 desktop computer with DVD player, a Wolfvision VZ-8 document camera, and a Smart Podium ID422w interactive pen display. In addition, users can connect their own laptops or mobile devices via HDMI or VGA. The room is also equipped with a telephone.

The PC runs Windows 7, has a DVD player installed, and comes loaded with the most popular presentation software; programs include MS Office 2013 with PowerPoint. Both Chrome and Internet Explorer are available browsers.
