A new restaurant called Lambeau’s America will occupy a portion of the shuttered Patrizio Restaurant in The Shops at Highland Village this fall. The eatery will feature dishes made famous by football fans from every NFL city. Lambeau’s is the brainchild of local restaurateur Jim Verfurth, who owns Shoal Creek Tavern and Verf's Grill & Tavern.
