Dr. Fergurson dissertation title was “Impact of relational incongruity on customer ownership and sales outcome performance: A resource-advantage theory approach.” His major professor was Dr. Lou Pelton.


Dr. Saurabh Srivastava is from the Department of Management accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Dr. Srivastava dissertation title was “Exploring the Relationship between Strategic Thinking and Absorptive Capacity: A Proposed Typology.” His major professors was Dr. Derrick D’Souza.

Dr. Subash Adhikari is from the Department of Accounting accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota. Dr. Adhikari dissertation title was “Information Content of Non-GAAP earnings of Cross-listed Companies.” His major professors was Dr. Ananth Seetharaman.


Dr. Aaron Glassburner is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as a Commander, 437 Supply Chain Operations Squadron, Scott AFB. Dr. Glassburner dissertation title was “Creating Supply Chain Resilience with Information Communication Technology.” His major professor was Dr. David Nowicki.


Dr. Xiaotong Liu is from the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. Dr. Liu dissertation title was “Factors that drive new technology product and service use and continuance.” Her major professor was Dr. Victor Prybutok.


Dr. Obiageli Ogbanufe is from the Department of Information Technology, and Decision Sciences accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Ogbanufe dissertation title was “Three Essays on Information Security Risk Management.” Her major professor was Dr. Dan Kim.


Dr. Kathryn Ostermeier is from the Department of Management accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Bryant University. Dr. Ostermeier dissertation title was “A Foot in Two Worlds: Exploring Organizational and Professional Dual Identification.” Her major professors was Dr. Danielle Cooper.

Dr. John Dickens is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Dr. Dickens dissertation title was “Value: An Examination of its Key Dimensions and Elements Through the Lens of Service-Dominant Logic and Beyond.” His major professor was Dr. David Nowicki.

Dr. Mazen Hammady Brho is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University - Galveston. Dr. Hammady Brho dissertation title was “SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE: DEVELOPING A WEIGHTED CASH CONVERSION CYCLE TO PROXY CORPORATE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE.” His major professor was Dr. Brian Sauser and Dr. David Nowicki.

Dr. Shiang Liu is from the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. Dr. Liu dissertation title was “AN INVESTIGATION OF THE VALUE OF BANK CAPITAL IN THE CONTEXT OF MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY.” His major professor was Dr. Tomas Mantecon.

Dr. Uvet dissertation title was “A Mixed Methodology Approach to Extend Understanding of the Success Factors of Performance-based Contracting.” His major professor was Dr. Wesley Randall.


Dr. Lu Xu is from the Department of Information Technology, and Decision Sciences accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of North Georgia.
