UNT Dallas offers several certification opportunities to accounting graduates, such as the Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) and the Enrolled Agent (EA), among others. These certifications can enhance your career-readiness. Best of all, accounting majors can work on any of these at the same time you are completing your undergraduate accounting degree. The undergraduate accounting courses will also count toward the requirements necessary to sit for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam.
