Biography: 

Stephanie Holley is the Vice President of Student Access and Success at the University of North Texas at Dallas. Ms. Holley’s team includes undergraduate admissions, new student orientation, academic advising and student success, financial aid and scholarships, and student affairs. During her time at UNT Dallas, she and her team have worked tirelessly to increase enrollment to more than 3,700 students, and significantly improve university retention and graduation rates.

Ms. Holley has 30 years of professional leadership experience in educational environments, with special expertise in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating major programs, projects and people – most recently serving as Dean of Enrollment Management at Texas A&M University-Commerce. During her time at A&M-Commerce, Ms. Holley built an enrollment team that facilitated a 33 percent growth in the undergraduate population, which established the campus as the most diverse and fastest growing in the Texas A&M University System.

Ms. Holley earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education for the Hearing Impaired from Texas Woman’s University and her Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from Argosy University in Dallas.
