A student who fails to enroll in any courses toward the J.D. degree during a fall or spring semester, without receiving a Leave of Absence, will be administratively withdrawn from the College of Law.

Credit for Non-Law School Courses Taken through the UNT System
With advance approval, students may enroll in up to two courses in the UNT Dallas Graduate School or UNT Toulouse Graduate School for up to six credits toward law school graduation.
No student may be permitted to count more than 15 credit hours from distance learning courses toward the JD degree, whether through courses taken at UNT Dallas College of Law or credits transferred from another institution.
To receive credit for completing a segment, a student must receive a passing grade on the assignment that provides the segment credit, whether or not the student receives a passing grade in the course providing the segment credit.
