He began his career at FEMA in January 2014 as part of the Federal Coordinating Officer cadre, leading disaster operations for the agency. He then became the Response Division Director for FEMA Region 8 in January 2015.

Nancy Dragani
Deputy Regional Administrator

Prior to joining FEMA in January 2016 as the Region 8 Deputy Regional Administrator, Ms. Dragani worked for the Ohio Emergency Management Agency (EMA) for 20 years, where she was the Executive Director from 2005 to 2014.
