Removing ReCaptcha v2 workflow from /data/documentation page due to issues rendering in IE 11. Some versions of IE 11 were not able to successfully render the page. Issue is tied to the ReCaptcha functionality specifically. Removing the ReCaptcha workflow to ensure page will render for all IE 11 users. ReCaptcha will be added in a follow up patch after an upcoming release.
